The customer is responsible for setup. There is a cleaning fee applied to cover cleanup.
For weddings the rental includes tables, round 60” (seats 8–10 people), 6ft and 8ft. folding tables, 2-12ft farmhouse table, 1-6ft table, chairs (inside/outside), and white table clothes.

Yes. There is a $300 cleaning fee payable the day of the event. It is the customer's responsibility to take out trash, wash any serving items borrowed, and remove their decorations.

31 or more days in advance any rental fees paid will be refunded minus the security deposit. 30 or less days in advance there is no refund.
