2026 Package Pricing (NO Hidden fees!)

WEDDING AMENITIES:

  • Access to our “Something borrowed room” (no additional charge).
  • Bluetooth sound system w/ Speakers & Microphone.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Onsite parking.
  • 1 set of Corn hole board +bags.
  • Clean-up included (*except tables & chairs put away & trash taken out).

One Day Weekend Wedding (Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays)

 $2,200 price includes the deposit and the cleaning fee. 


$500 Security Deposit is paid to hold the date and will be applied to the package balance.


Access to venue from 9AM until 11PM  the day of the event. 


Liability Insurance required for events with alcohol.


Two Day Weekend Wedding

 $2,800 price includes the deposit and the cleaning fee.


$500 Security Deposit is paid to hold the date and will be applied to the package balance.


Access to venue from noon the day prior to prior until 11PM  the day of the event. 


Liability Insurance required for events with alcohol.


One Day Weekday Wedding (Mondays-Thursdays)

 $1,600 price includes the deposit and the cleaning fee. 


$400 Security Deposit is paid to hold the date and will be applied to the package balance.


Access to venue from 9AM until 10PM  the day of the event. 


Liability Insurance required for events with alcohol.


4 Hour Micro Wedding (Mondays-Wednesdays)

$700 price includes the deposit and the cleaning fee. 


$350 Security Deposit is paid to hold the date and will be applied to the package balance.


Accommodates up to 50 guests

  • 4 Hours Access to the property 
  • Use of outdoor or indoor ceremony space
  • Simple, yet elegantly decorated tables for Newlyweds & guests
  • Bring your own food


Liability Insurance required for events with alcohol.


***Weekend dates available 90 days prior to event date if not previously booked with wedding packages.

Day of Coordination

$1,000 price includes the deposit.


$200 Security Deposit is paid to hold the date and will be applied to the package balance.


What is a Day of Coordinator? Unlike a wedding planner, a Day of Coordinator is for brides and grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they want a professional there to make sure the day goes smoothly.

  • Clean-up included (*except tables & chairs put away & trash taken out).

  • Access of  Venue for 4 hours ($75 per additional hour needed.)
  • Tables & Chairs to accommodate up to 100 guests
  • Kitchen
  • Handicap accessible restrooms.
  • Bluetooth sound system w/ Speakers & Microphone.
  • Wi-Fi.
  • Onsite parking.


4 Hour Party/Event (can not be used for weddings)

Includes setup & Cleanup time

$400 does not include security/cleaning deposit


$200 security/cleaning deposit. This deposit is paid to hold the date and will be refunded based on the condition of the venue after the event.


$75 per additional hour needed.


Liability Insurance required for events with alcohol.


***White tablecloths available for an addition charge.
